She Moves

Building a more active world for women.

Physical activity has the power to transform women's lives and the communities they live in.

Yet, despite their desire to be active, women and girls face numerous barriers, compounded by funding disparities, that hinder their ability to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

She Moves partners with organisations to craft 'female-first' strategies and develop innovative, affordable behaviour change campaigns and programmes that break down these barriers and boost physical activity levels.

About SheMoves.AI

Our dedicated team led by Holly Woodford (Strategy + Product Design), Mel Berry (Marketing + Partnerships) and Dave Brooks (Technology) have decades of experience in digital engagement, behaviour change, marketing and technology development.

In 2018 we successfully launched the Her Spirit app and brand. With over 35,000 users we have seen 74% of women who joined increase their physical activity and strength training. Since then we have worked with numerous brands and public sector organisations to help increase engagement, health outcomes and physical activity levels.

Our mission is to use the power of the technology we have built and the opportunities afforded by AI to enable a more active world for women and girls.
